Warranty Replacement

For products purchased through official NXTGEN channels or authorized distributors, please follow the return policy of the original merchant. If your product requires replacement outside of the merchant's return window, contact our Technical Support team for assistance. We'll help resolve issues and provide next steps for warranty replacement, if necessary.

Warranty Information

NXTGEN warrants its’ products against defects in materials and workmanship according to the periods listed in the Product Technical Specifications:

  • Transceivers: 5-year warranty
  • AOC and DAC Products: 3-year warranty
  • Copper and Fiber Patch Cords: 5-year warranty

This warranty covers parts and US domestic shipping only. It does not cover defects or damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty Terms

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damages unrelated to manufacturing defects
  • Products used in unsuitable environments (e.g., outside recommended temperatures)
  • Products modified without NXTGEN's permission or with defaced serial numbers/warranty stickers
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Damages from accidents, misuse, or natural disasters
  • Unauthorized repairs or third-party products using NXTGEN components

NXTGEN reserves the right to refuse service for altered, modified, or repaired products by non-NXTGEN personnel. 

Limitation of Liability

NXTGEN’s liability for damages, loss of profits, or business arising from product use is limited to the actual price paid for the product. 

Shipping Costs 

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to NXTGEN. We will cover the cost of returning the product to you. NXTGEN may replace the product with an equivalent at our discretion.
